Welcome to Lunalogy (the "App"), operated by Lunalogy Inc. ("Lunalogy," "we," "us," or "our"), with offices at 1826 Federal Ave APT 1, Los Angeles, CA 90025-5453, United States. The App provides Moon-based readings, lunar horoscopes, and related astrology content rooted in Keiko's Lunalogy method (the "Content").

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Lunalogy and govern your access to and use of the App.

Your use of the App is also subject to our Privacy Policy, available at:

By using the App, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy.

1. Definitions

"App" means the Lunalogy mobile and web application and all related services we provide.

"App Store" means the Apple App Store or any other store from which you obtained the App.

"Company Parties" means Lunalogy Inc. and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and successors.

"Content" means readings, horoscopes, text, graphics, audio, software, and any other material made available through the App.

"Lunalogy+" means the App's paid subscription service, which provides access to premium Content and features.

"Subscription" means a recurring auto-renewing subscription to Lunalogy+.

"User Content" means any content you submit, post, or otherwise provide through the App, including questions, journal entries, reviews, and feedback.

"You" means the individual using the App or, if you are using the App on behalf of an entity, that entity.

2. Acceptance of These Terms

You accept these Terms when you do any of the following:

  • Check the "I agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy" box (or equivalent) during account creation or first launch;

  • Tap "Sign Up," "Continue," or a similar button on a screen that presents links to these Terms and our Privacy Policy;

  • Download, access, or otherwise use the App; or

  • Subscribe to or purchase any paid feature, which requires separate affirmative confirmation of the price, billing period, and automatic renewal terms before the purchase is processed.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not create an account, do not subscribe, and do not use the App.

If we update these Terms, your continued use of the App after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to an update, you must stop using the App.

3. Entertainment and Informational Purposes Only

The App and all Content — including horoscopes, lunar readings, Moon-phase interpretations, predictions, rituals, and any guidance — are provided strictly for informational and entertainment purposes only.

  • The Content is not professional advice and is not a substitute for advice, diagnosis, or treatment from qualified professionals in any field, including medical, mental health, psychological, legal, financial, or relationship matters.

  • You should not rely on the Content when making significant decisions about your personal, professional, health, legal, or financial life.

  • We make no representation, warranty, or guarantee as to the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or outcome of any reading, prediction, or Content.

  • You are solely responsible for any decision or action you take based on the App, and we are not responsible for any consequences resulting from your reliance on the Content.

  • If you need professional advice, please consult a qualified, certified professional.

4. Eligibility

The App is intended for users aged 18 and older. If you are not yet of legal age in your jurisdiction, you may not create an account or purchase a Subscription, and you may only use the App with the involvement, consent, and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf and accepts full responsibility for your use and any transactions.

By using the App, you represent that you meet these requirements and have the legal capacity (or valid guardian consent) to enter into these Terms.

5. Your Account

The App allows users to create and maintain an account.

You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, take responsibility for all activity under your account, and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You may have only one account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You may delete your account using the account deletion feature available within the App. Account deletion and the handling of personal information associated with your account are described in our Privacy Policy.

Deleting your account or deleting the App does not automatically cancel an active Subscription. Subscriptions must be managed or canceled through your Apple Account settings as described below.

6. Subscriptions, Auto-Renewal, and Payments

The App offers free Content and also offers premium Content and features through Lunalogy+, a paid auto-renewing Subscription service. The App may also offer one-time in-app purchases.

The following disclosures apply to Lunalogy+ Subscriptions:

  • Subscription details. The available Lunalogy+ Subscription options, including duration, price, and other applicable terms, are displayed in the App before purchase. Prices may vary by region and are confirmed before purchase.

  • Affirmative consent. Before any paid Subscription begins, you must affirmatively confirm the Subscription terms, including price, billing period, and automatic renewal, on the App's purchase screen, in addition to any confirmation required by Apple.

  • Billing. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase through the App Store, subject to Apple's applicable terms.

  • Automatic renewal. Your Subscription automatically renews for the same period at the then-current price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.

  • Managing and canceling. You can manage your Subscription, turn off auto-renew, or cancel in your Apple Account settings. Deleting your account or deleting the App does not cancel your Subscription.

  • Free trials. If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a Subscription, where applicable.

  • Refunds. Except where required by applicable law, payments are non-refundable. Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple under its refund policy. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable statutory refund or withdrawal rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

  • Price changes. We may change Subscription prices prospectively. Changes will not affect a billing period already paid for, and we will provide notice as required by applicable law.

7. Apple App Store — Additional Terms

These Terms are between you and Lunalogy only, not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). To the extent the App is downloaded from the Apple App Store, the following also apply:

  • Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no warranty obligation with respect to the App, and any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to any failure of the App to conform to any warranty are our responsibility, not Apple's.

  • Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or a third party relating to the App, including product liability claims, claims that the App fails to conform to legal requirements, and claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation.

  • In the event of any third-party claim that the App or your possession and use of the App infringes that third
