We are about to experience a huge paradigm shift as we move from the Earth Era to the Air Era.  Having a strong and flexible personal Moon sign power will be extremely important in order to live comfortably and attract fortune in the Air Era, so as we approach the beginning of the Air Era in December remember to be conscious of strengthening your self-axis, or your personal Moon sign power. 

Today, I am going to tell you all about Moon Wellness, a new method I developed which incorporates the energy of the Moon to get the condition of the body, mind, and spirit in order.

The Energy of the Moon

The reason why the Earth is able to maintain a stable rotation is because of the presence of the Moon as a satellite.  The Earth maintains its stability thanks to the Moon, so it’s not surprising that those of us living on Earth also become stable by connecting with the Moon. 

For that reason let’s turn our attention to the Moon’s energy once again.  The Moon is not only deeply connected to our feelings and the biorhythms of our bodies, but it also has the gravity to attract fortune into our lives, and it is the only celestial body with the power to act as a bridge to connect us with energy from the Universe. 

Strengthening your self-axis, or your personal Moon sign power, is the key to living flexibly in the Air Era, so strengthening your connection with the Moon, and maintaining high vibration as you heal your body and mind is essential, and it is also the goal of Moon Wellness. 

What is Moon Wellness?

Moon Wellness is a lifestyle which incorporates the energy of the Moon to get the condition of the body, mind, and spirit in order.  

Unlike some health methods, which focus solely on physical health, the target of Moon Wellness is not just the body, but also the mind and the spirit.  True health comes when all three of these areas are in a healthy state. 

When the body, mind, and spirit are all healthy life becomes more enjoyable and fortune rises rapidly.  So therefore wellness is what connects health to good fortune. 

Wellness Method for the Air Era

Why focus on wellness now?  Well, December marks the start of the Air Era, and since the Earth Era has been continuing for the past 250 years all of us know nothing but the Earth era, which was all about body, matter, and money.  

As you know, in the Air Era things will become increasingly more virtual.  People will get more information from online sources, and online communication will become even more popular.  And as a result, it will become harder for people to keep their feet on the ground.  

In other words, ‘grounding’ (contact with the Earth’s surface) and ‘centering’ (returning energy to the inside your body) will become much harder to achieve.  And for that reason focusing on the body will become more important. 

Polishing Your Five Senses Makes Your Intuition Clear

Something else which is important is the use of our five senses.  Everyday we receive all sorts of information via our five senses.  Setting knowledge aside, in order to receive instinctive information we require the use of all five senses.  

However in the Air Era as the internet continues to advance we will end up using our five senses less and less.  Which means we will become less able to input instinctive information, and most importantly less able to protect our bodies. 

For example, when there is a gas leak we smell a strange smell and sense the danger.  Or when something tastes bad we know that there is a possibility it is rotten and will cause a stomachache.  These are just a couple of ways that we use our five senses to protect our bodies from danger. 

When our five senses become blunted, our intuition also becomes dull.  That’s because our intuition is the sum of our five senses. 

When our five senses are dull even if we were to come across our soulmate we wouldn’t recognize them as such, or if a chance came our way, we wouldn’t be able to recognize it as a chance. 

In order to avoid situations such as these we need to sharpen our five senses. 

Sharpening Your Five Senses with Moon Wellness 

The best way to use our five senses is to act in accordance with the vibration of the Moon.  

When we are mindful of Moon Signs in our daily lives, we naturally start to use our five senses, and they become sharpened.  This includes changing the food we eat and the clothes we wear, as well as cleaning suitable places, and displaying suitable flowers based on the movement of the Moon.    

The Moon passes through all twelve signs in the space of a month, so that allows us to incorporate energy from all directions. 

When we incorporate energy from twelve different entrances, we are cultivating our five senses, our bodies, our minds, and our spirits from twelve different directions.
