Hi, it’s Keiko.

Mercury, the planet that governs communication, communication devices, conversation, verbal expressions, learning methods, and other themes related to communication, continues its retrograde in its home ground, Gemini.

Which means that this New Moon in Gemini is going to line up perfectly with the planet Mercury.

Moreover, it’s a special version of the New Moon, a solar eclipse, so it’s going to be very powerful.  This suggests that drastic reforms in the fields of communication and  transportation systems are already underway behind the scenes.

I recently heard on the news that in some municipalities in Japan people lined up all day long just to register to make an appointment to be vaccinated, and yet they were unsuccessful.  When you hear about stories like that you realize that such systems need to be reformed as soon as possible.

However, what kind of changes can we expect to take place on a personal level?

There are clues to the answer of that question in the house and the sign where this New Moon will occur, and also in the planet Mercury.

On another note, are you aware of your own way of speaking?

The way you talk determines the impression that other people have of you, and the words you verbalize also have an impact on the way you think.  Here are some examples of things that people often mention to me:

  • Even when I’m at work I start off my sentences with, “Um…

  • I’m constantly saying “I’m sorry” when I’m talking

  • When my child makes mistakes I want to ask, “What will you do next time?” but instead I always end up being accusatory and say things such as, “I told you so!

Words are vibrations, so people who say things in a positive and cheerful manner naturally have a more glowing aura.  It’s also quite possible that your personality and your way of thinking can become more positive just because of the words you use.  And the opposite is true too.

So just by changing your “I’m sorry” into “Thank you!” is a major change!

The reason why I brought this subject up is because:

  • This New Moon is taking place in Gemini, the sign that governs language

  • This New Moon is in full conjunction with Mercury, the ruler of Gemini

  • This New Moon is taking place in the Sixth House, which represents habits

  • New Moons are the time to sow seeds

Having good verbal habits is actually a great asset for you, so it’s a good idea to think about changing your way of talking to be more positive.

If we take it one step further, we see that Saturn is in the Second House, which will help us to solidify things that we start at the time of this New Moon in Gemini.

So if you are the type of person who normally worries about not being able to stick to new habits, there’s no need to worry.  That’s because the habits you start on the occasion of this New Moon come along with the ultimate support to “stick with it” and “make things happen.”

Remember, it’s exactly the same as dieting, and learning new languages, in the sense that even if you get started on something, it won’t be effective unless you keep at it.

The annular solar eclipse will occur in Gemini, one of the principle signs of the Air Era.

Be sure to get Gemini on your side, and rewrite your life exactly as you envision it!
